A warm welcome to Rev Nick Mwandia and family
Most of you will already have met our new curate Rev Nick Mwandia and his family. Good news indeed after a vacancy that has lasted several months. We have been waiting for this occasion with excitement and expectation.
We would like to extend our sincere welcome to Nick, Prisca, Wavinya and Mumo to our family. Change often leads to growth in new areas but can be daunting for some of us, even painful for others. In Christ, we look forward to walking with you this journey.
The congregation is culturally and ethnically diverse in nature. Many parishioners are from different countries and background and that’s where our strength lies.
Apart from the main service on Sunday, the congregation meets in small groups each week at different homes for worship, encouragement and support. The groups are called Life Groups, Men’s Fellowship and the Blossoms which is a ladies group. We look forward to welcoming you in these life groups too.
We also want to sincerely thank the St Matthew’s Family for being able to stick together during the past months. Let us commit ourselves, as church members to continue to work together for the Lord.
May God bless and guide you and the Family.
Ikenna and Martin.
